Exceeding Expectations

Interior

  • Visually check the overall condition of the home + will prepare a detailed report of the findings via Email or text message based on preference.

  • Decrease utility/power usage by adjusting settings on thermostat, water heaters, and refrigerators etc.

  • Visual inspection of walls, ceilings, windows, tubs, showers for evidence of water damage, leakage, mold, or mildew.

  • Inspect for signs of theft, vandlism.

  • Test Smoke/Carbon Monoxide detectors and replace batteries if necessary.

  • Run all faucents, showers and flush all toilets.

  • Check for signs of pest or insect activity.

  • Check security system.

Exterior


  • Walk the parameter of the home and check overall condition including signs of water leakage or drainage issues.

  • Check exterior walls and trim for signs of maintenance issues.

  • Visual inspection of yard/landscaping to assure regular maintenance.

  • Visual inspection of pool and pool equipment.

I am also available to meet with various contractors needed on the property in order for them to provide estimates of the service required.

Whether you are planning a visit to your home or are interested in maintaining it, I am able to organize housekeeping services when you are away. Many absentee homeowners take advantage of this service and prefer regular cleanings to avoid the home becoming dusty.
